Was referred here by my GP for an eye checkup and the ophthalmologist was really thorough sha, explained everything about my prescription clearly. But abeg the waiting area was packed and I sat there for almost an hour before they called my name even though I had an appointment. The examination itself was fine and they gave me proper advice but honestly the setup needs better organisation because nobody should wait that long. I'll go back because the medical care is solid but they really need to manage their time better.
