Got referred here by my doctor for some diagnostic tests and the whole process was handled well sha. The technician who took my samples knew what he was doing and explained everything clearly which I appreciated. Only thing that got me vexed was I had to wait almost an hour before they called my name even though I had an appointment, meanwhile other people who just walked in were being attended to. Results came back accurate and on time though so I can't complain too much.
