Was skeptical at first but decided to try Digivate 360 for my small business social media presence since I needed help with SEO and getting more visibility online. The team delivered solid results within the timeframe we agreed on and I can see real improvement in my engagement numbers which is what matters. My only gripe is how long it takes them to respond to messages or emails abeg, sometimes I'm waiting almost a day before they get back to me with updates and it can be frustrating when you want quick decisions. Overall though the work speaks for itself and I'm not disappointed with what they've done, just wish communication was faster.
