Came for a brand grid consultation and the designer's work was actually clean, I won't lie. But sha, getting feedback from them was like pulling teeth because they took forever to respond to messages and when I finally saw the drafts they'd already made changes I didn't ask for. For what I paid honestly I expected better coordination from the team, felt like I was chasing them more than them chasing the project. Not terrible work but the whole process left me frustrated.
