Came for a consultation on digital security for my laptop and the technical guy actually knew his stuff, explained everything in a way I could understand which was refreshing. My only issue sha was that they took forever to get back to me with the quote after I left their office. Like I waited almost two weeks before someone called and by then I'd already moved on to another provider. Service itself was solid but the follow-up communication really needs improvement.
