They handled our church's social media rebrand and the strategy they put together was solid, made us look way more relevant to the younger generation. Only thing that got me vexed was how long it took them to respond to feedback in between phases sef. Like I would send messages and sometimes go three days before hearing back, which when you're trying to meet deadlines becomes a problem.
