Came to Digital Buzz because my business needed some buzz online you know, and they had me convinced they could do the job with all their big talk about strategy and creativity. First month was promising sha, we saw some engagement on my socials and they sent nice reports showing what they were doing. But abeg by month three the momentum just died down and when I asked why the activity dropped, they started talking about algorithm changes instead of stepping up their game. For what I'm paying them monthly I expected more proactive work not just blaming the algorithm, so I'm still on the fence about whether to continue or find someone else.
