Wasn't even planning to come but my business partner insisted we try DigiEngage for our digital strategy and I went along with it. The consultant we met was knowledgeable sha and explained how they could help us engage customers better, but when it came to actually implementing their recommendations the response time was terrible and we waited weeks for updates. For what they charge, the communication should be faster honestly. Mixed feelings here because the ideas were there but the execution left me hanging.
