Finally got my package delivered without drama

I've tried here for months now and honestly DHL has been my go to for sending stuff back home to my village. Last week I needed to ship some items urgently and the staff member who attended to me at the counter was actually thorough sha, went through everything with me step by step instead of just rushing me through like some places do. Package arrived on time and in good condition which is all I care about. For someone like me working shifts at the hospital, their tracking system makes life easier so I know where my thing is at any point.

Finally got my package on time

Frequent customer here and I must say DHL really came through this time. I sent some electrical equipment to a client in Lagos and was honestly skeptical about the delivery timeline because last time took longer than promised. But this time the tracking was clear, updates came regularly, and my package arrived exactly when they said it would sha. For someone who works with tools and equipment that need to get places fast, this is the kind of reliability that actually matters to me.

Good service but tracking needs work

Been using DHL for my fabric shipments from Lagos suppliers and they've been reliable sha — packages arrive intact and on time most times. My only gripe is the tracking system; last month I sent a consignment and the tracking info wasn't updating for three days, had me thinking the parcel was lost when it was already at the warehouse. Staff at the office were helpful when I called to check, but abeg they should fix that tracking thing because it causes unnecessary panic. Overall I'm satisfied enough to keep using them, just wish the updates were more frequent.
