Came to check out what they do with brand experiences and all that and honestly the concept is interesting but the way they roll it out is frustrating sha. Staff took forever to explain what services they actually offer and when they finally did I was already tired from waiting. The ideas are solid and you can see they know their stuff but the service delivery side needs serious work abeg. Not bad enough to say stay away but not good enough to drag your friends there either.
