Came for event planning consultation and the designer actually understood my vision which was refreshing. Problem is they took almost two weeks to send me a proposal when they said three days, and when it finally came the quote was way higher than the initial estimate they quoted me verbally. Staff were friendly sha but the whole process felt disorganized like nobody was keeping track of timelines. Won't rule them out completely but they need to get their act together with deadlines and pricing transparency.
