Used to be my go-to but the last time I came they had me waiting almost an hour before anyone attended to me and the place wasn't even packed like that. The stylist did my hair nicely when she finally got to me don't get me wrong but I paid good money and expected better timing. They need to sort out their scheduling system because this is becoming a pattern. I'll give them another chance but next time I'm making an appointment in advance or going somewhere else.
