The consultant guy was knowledgeable sha and explained things clearly which I appreciated. But getting him to actually follow up on what we discussed has been like pulling teeth, and the timeline they gave me for results keeps shifting around. For the money they charge honestly I expected better project management, but if you catch them when they're focused the work itself is solid.
