To be fair, the cement and sugar products are solid quality — I use their cement for all my plumbing jobs and it works fine. But honestly, when I went to their Abuja depot last month to sort out a bulk order, I waited for almost 3 hours before anyone attended to me. E no easy jare. The staff there were not friendly at all, just moving like they doing you a favour. Good products, but the service side needs serious work.
