Long time customer dropping a review finally because I had to come back three times before my bespoke shoes were ready. The craftsmanship is really solid I won't lie, my formal shoes look sharp and the leather quality is what you expect for that price, but the delays sha nearly made me go elsewhere. Guy told me two weeks, took almost a month and nobody even called to update me. If they sort out their production timeline they would be perfect honestly.
