Needed help setting up some security infrastructure for my photography business and my friend dragged me to Cyber Cloud. The technical team actually knew their stuff and explained everything in a way I could understand which was refreshing, but abeg the whole process took longer than it should have because nobody was coordinating properly. I waited almost two hours for a consultation that was supposed to be 30 minutes and the girl at the front desk didn't even apologize. Would use them again because the security solutions work, but they need to sort out their timing and customer care sha.
