Came against my better judgment because my mum kept saying I need health insurance at my age and honestly the coverage options are decent when you actually sit down and understand them. But abeg the app itself is a whole different story because every time I try to submit a claim or check my balance the thing takes forever to load and I've had to restart my phone like three times already. Staff at their office were helpful enough when I went in person but why should I have to go there just to do something that should work on my phone in 2024? Mixed feelings because the actual health insurance part seems solid but the technology side is letting them down bad.
