Was skeptical at first honestly because I wasn't sure what to expect from a big company like this but the guy who attended to me took time to explain everything about the power system I needed for our church. He didn't rush me through it or try to sell me something I didn't need which sha impressed me. The generator they supplied has been running smoothly since installation and the after sales support when I had questions was quick. For someone like me doing this for the first time, Cummins made the whole thing less confusing and I appreciated that.
