I've been in Benin City for three years and dealing with CRS Water Board sha was always a headache until last month. The thing that got me was how the new staff at the customer service office actually explained the billing properly instead of just collecting money and disappearing like before. No queue, payment went through on first try, and water has been consistent since then. Worth the 5 stars from me abeg.
