Hospital appointment nearby so I came here after to get a medical consultation and honestly the whole thing was frustrating sha. Staff was polite enough and explained what I needed to know, but I waited almost an hour just to see the consultant even though I had booked ahead. The consultation itself was quick and helpful but by then I was already vexed with how disorganized everything seemed. Mixed feelings because they know what they're doing medically but their timing and scheduling is chaotic.
