Came to use their learning rooms for some quiet study time after work and the facilities themselves are actually decent with good tables and lighting. However, the girl at the front desk was on her phone the entire time I was there and didn't even bother explaining how the spaces work or what I should do sha. I paid good money for a few hours and spent half the time figuring things out myself because nobody seemed interested in helping. Won't be rushing back until they sort out their customer service because nice rooms mean nothing if the people running the place don't care.
