Wasn't even planning to come but my creative director kept pushing Creative Tech and honestly the digital tools themselves work fine for what I need as someone juggling pharmacy work and side design projects. My issue sha is that when I had questions about setting things up properly, took me three days to get a response from their support team and even then the answer wasn't really helpful. The tools do what they say on the tin but for what they're charging you'd think someone would actually be available to help when you're stuck. Mixed feelings sef because the product is there but the service around it needs serious work.
