Came to sort out some business process documentation they handle and honestly it was half and half. The staff explained what they could do clearly enough but the whole thing took longer than it should have sha, I was there almost two hours just waiting for one person to attend to me. They got the job done eventually but for what I paid I expected things to move faster, won't be rushing back soon but I'm not writing them off completely either.
