Wasn't even planning to come but my brother kept talking about Cosgrove so I followed him one afternoon and I have to admit they impressed me sha. The guy explaining the smart home setup to us broke it down so well even I understood how everything connects and works together. For someone like me who just farms, seeing how they designed those properties with all the technology built in from the start made a lot of sense. Definitely worth the investment if you're serious about getting into real estate that way.
