The staff knew their thing and explained everything clear clear, which I appreciated sef — not like some places wey go confuse you with big grammar. But abeg, the wahala na the waiting time and how long everything takes to process. I came back twice after that first visit hoping things would move faster, but na same thing — appointments take forever, follow-ups are slow, and for someone like me wey just want quick answers about investing my small money, it's frustrating. They're not bad people but they need to sort their speed game if they want regular folks like plumbers coming back.
