Frequent customer here and I must say the fiber connection Coollink installed at my atelier has been reliable sha. Download speeds are consistent and I can handle video calls with clients without the usual Lagos lag that used to frustrate me. My only real complaint is their billing honestly, the invoices come through confusing and I've had to call their support three times just to understand what I'm being charged for. For someone paying that much monthly, their billing portal should be clearer because e no easy trying to reconcile everything.
