Long time customer dropping a review finally because I've been with Consolidated Hallmark for almost two years now and honestly the insurance plans are solid with good payouts when you need them. My issue sha is their online portal for claims submission because it's clunky and confusing, took me three tries to understand how to upload documents properly and I had to call their office twice for clarification. Customer service staff were helpful when I called them sef but abeg they need to fix that portal because it's 2024 and it should not be this difficult. Overall the actual insurance product and claims process once you get past the portal issues has been reliable for me.
