Came for a blood test after my doctor referred me and the whole process was organized sha but I waited almost an hour before they called my name even though I had an appointment. The staff knew what they were doing and the results came back detailed and correct which is what matters most, but abeg the waiting area was packed and nobody told us it would take that long. For what they charge you'd think they'd manage the queue better honestly. I'll go back because the quality is there but they need to sort out their timing.
