Didn't have high hopes honestly but Clafiya actually made sense when I needed to see a doctor without leaving my place. The whole process was straightforward, doctor came on time and knew what she was doing, very professional about everything. My only gripe is the app kept crashing when I was trying to book my follow up appointment and I had to call instead which defeated half the purpose. Still 4 stars because for someone like me working irregular hours, having home healthcare access is actually a game changer even if their tech side needs fixing.
