Came to them for enterprise security setup at work and the technical side was solid I won't lie, the equipment and infrastructure they provided actually performs well. But abeg the customer support when you have issues is where the problem is, took almost two weeks to get someone to respond to my ticket about a configuration problem. The downtime we experienced during that period cost us productivity and nobody even bothered to follow up or apologize, just fixed it when they felt like it. Mixed feelings because the product is good but the service delivery needs serious work sha.
