Took a lot of convincing to try this place and honestly my first impression was decent sha. The academic standards are solid and you can see they take learning serious, but the whole experience is let down by how disorganized everything is. Simple things like payment deadlines, communication about activities, and even getting basic information from staff takes way longer than it should. Won't lie the kids are learning well but for what parents are paying, the administrative side needs serious work.
