Ordered online from ChowCentral last week and the meal arrived almost an hour late, which meant it came cold and I had to reheat everything. The app doesn't give you real time updates so I was calling them every 15 minutes asking where my order was at. When I finally complained they just said sorry without offering anything, not even a discount on my next order. I won't lie the food itself tastes good when it arrives fresh, but the delivery wahala makes me think twice before ordering again.
