Came here last week to drop off some waste items for recycling and the whole process was straightforward sha. The staff knew what they were doing and sorted everything properly, but abeg the time I spent waiting before anyone attended to me was something else. I stood there almost 25 minutes before someone came to help, and for a place that claims to be leading in waste management, that's not really acceptable. Still did good work with my materials though, so it's not all bad.
