Not bad for IT stuff but the waiting time sha killed it

Came to sort out some identity management issues and honestly the staff knew their thing when they finally got to me. Problem is I sat there for almost an hour before anyone attended, and for a place handling sensitive IT solutions you'd think they'd be more organized abeg. The actual service was solid and they explained everything clearly but that wait time made me question if I should come back next time. Mixed feelings on this one, they have the technical knowledge but their customer service needs work.

Good service but their system slow sha

Came to sort out some identity verification stuff and the staff were actually helpful and knew what they were doing which I appreciated. Everything went smooth until I got to the payment part and their system was moving at snail pace like NEPA had just taken light, took almost 20 minutes just to process my transaction when it should have been instant. Overall I'm satisfied with what they did for me but that lag time was frustrating honestly, made me wonder if they need to upgrade their technology sef since na IT solutions company this is.

Identity solution worked but the wait time killed me

Came to sort out my IT identity management issue and sha, the staff knew what they were doing with the technical side. But e no easy — I sat there for almost an hour before anyone attended to me even though I had an appointment. The solution they provided actually works fine for what I needed, but the whole process felt disorganized and I wasn't sure if I'd come back if I need their services again.
