Tried not to think about it too much at first but after my mate kept talking about Chaka I decided to download and check it out. Setting up was actually straightforward and the interface no be lie sha, very clean and easy to navigate even for someone like me wey no sabi tech too much. Got into buying some stocks both local and international and honestly the execution was quick and fees seemed reasonable compared to what I hear from others. But abeg when I tried to liquidate one of my positions last month the whole thing turned into a long process, took them almost a week to process what should be simple and when I finally reached out to customer service the response time was something else entirely. Mixed feelings because the platform itself works well but the backend support is frustrating for real.
