I've tried here for months now and the microfinance services are genuinely straightforward. Transfers go through fast and the interest rates are better than what the banks are offering but abeg their mobile app crashes at least once a week when you're trying to complete a transaction. Staff are helpful when you call customer care and they actually pick up which is rare these days, but I wish the app was more stable because I end up going to the branch instead of using my phone and that defeats the purpose of digital banking innit.
