The staff explained everything clear and the equipment looked modern enough but chai, I waited almost an hour before they even called my name even though I had an appointment slot. For the price they charge honestly, that's not acceptable at all. The actual service when it came was solid I won't lie, but the disorganization at the front killed the whole vibe for me sha.
