I've been with CareNet Africa for about eight months now and the health insurance coverage itself is solid I won't lie. The claims process worked smoothly when my wife needed to see a specialist and everything was settled within two weeks which was faster than I expected. My only real complaint sha is their online portal, the thing is so slow and confusing that I had to call their customer service three times just to understand how to view my policy details. Otherwise they've been reliable and the premium is fair for what you get.
