Honestly I wasn't expecting much from a health maintenance place but CareFirst was actually straightforward. The nurse that attended to me took time to explain everything clearly before doing anything which I really appreciated sha because some places just rush you through. The whole thing was quick and clean, no fussing around, and they actually followed up with a call the next day to check how I was doing. For someone like me who's always busy with the salon this kind of attention matters.
