My friend kept saying I should understand how social media insights work so she dragged me to Carat Nigeria sha. The people there seemed knowledgeable when I asked questions but I still left confused about what exactly they offer and how it applies to someone like me who just sells food. They charge decent money but for a food vendor like me the whole media insights thing felt too abstract and I couldn't see how it helps my business, maybe it works better for bigger companies I guess.
