Came to Caption Queen hoping they could help me tell my brand story visually and honestly the initial consultation was promising but then things got messy. The designer I worked with had good ideas sha but communication was a nightmare like getting responses took forever and when I finally got my visuals back they needed so many tweaks that weren't in the original brief. The final output was decent enough for what I needed but I spent twice as long going back and forth than I should have, and for the price they charge I expected smoother collaboration honestly.
