Stepped out of my comfort zone and tried the leadership hub program here and honestly I'm glad I did. As a doctor in Ilorin I don't usually have time for these things but the way they structure the sessions made it easy to follow even with my busy schedule. What really got me was how the facilitators actually listened when you shared your challenges instead of just pushing their own agenda na. Worth the investment if you're serious about growing as a leader.
Came to check out what they offer as a leadership hub since my department was looking at sending officers for training and I must say the curriculum looked solid on paper. But wahala started from the moment I arrived—nobody at the front desk seemed prepared, I waited almost an hour before anyone acknowledged me even though I had an appointment. The facilitators knew their stuff when we finally got started but the whole experience felt disorganized, like they needed better admin people managing things. Mixed feelings because the content was there but the execution left me frustrated, so I am still not sure if I would recommend it.
