I've been a customer of Calabar Power for about two years now and the electricity supply has been quite reliable compared to what we used to deal with before. Power comes through most days without much interruption which is honestly what matters most sha. My only gripe is their billing department takes forever to process queries and I spent almost three weeks trying to sort out an overcharge on my account before someone finally looked into it. Otherwise they're doing their job but abeg they need to speed up their customer service response time.
