Came to check out their aesthetic and decor stuff because my church needed help with the sanctuary setup and honestly I was impressed with their designs and the variety of materials they had. The problem is their staff took forever to explain anything or even show me samples properly like I had to keep asking questions before anyone really engaged with me. Prices were okay but for how long it took to get proper attention and quotations you'd think the service would match. Good concepts and products but the customer care side needs serious work if they want repeat business.
