Came to pay a bill nearby and stopped in to discuss some investment options with them. The advisor I met was knowledgeable and explained things clearly which I appreciated, but the whole process took almost two hours when they said 45 minutes. Good thing is they actually listened to my concerns as an accountant, but the waiting around sha really frustrated me and made me question if I'd return. The service itself was solid but the time wasting spoiled the whole experience for me.
