Came to convert some crypto to naira quick quick and the process itself was smooth I won't lie. Guy at the counter knew what he was doing and had me sorted in about 20 minutes which beats sitting for hours. But abeg the exchange rate they gave me was lower than what their website was showing that morning, and when I asked about it the guy just said rates change fast without explaining anything properly. Would use them again if I'm in a rush but next time I'm checking three places first because I'm not losing money like that again.
