Used to be my go-to but when I finally decided to buy one of their Bowflex systems for home, the whole process frustrated me sha. The machine itself is solid and well built I won't lie, but getting it delivered to Akure took almost three weeks and when it arrived the guys who brought it didn't even know how to set it up properly. I had to call their customer service multiple times before someone actually picked up and by then I was already annoyed. For the amount of money I paid, the after-sales support should have been better than this.
