Frequent customer here and I must say BN Clothing Shop has nice pieces and the staff are actually friendly when they finally get to you. Problem is abeg the waiting time is ridiculous, I came in last Saturday and stood for almost 40 minutes before anyone attended to me even though there were three people behind the counter just chatting. For a retail hub that's supposed to be innovative, their system for handling customers needs serious work because I almost left without buying anything. Overall the quality of items is solid and prices are fair, just sort out the queue situation and you're golden.
