Frequent customer here and I must say the wellness services are solid, their staff know what they doing when they finally attend to you. My only gripe and it's a real one is that I booked an appointment last month and still waited almost 45 minutes before anyone saw me, even with the appointment confirmation text they sent. The HMO coverage is straightforward and the consultation itself was thorough but abeg that waiting area needs better management. Overall decent place but they need to respect people's time more, I no go lie.
