Came for a wellness checkup last month and the medical staff were knowledgeable sha, they explained everything clearly and the facilities looked clean enough. My problem though is I waited almost an hour even though I had an appointment booked, and by the time they called me I was already vexed with the whole situation. The HMO coverage process took longer than expected too when I submitted my documents. For the price they charging and the delays, I expected things to run smoother because time is money when you doing deliveries like me.
